This is where we apply our decades of agency experience to your project. Our team will learn everything we can about you and your market and develop a plan to build the physical embodiment of your brand to impress your customers, your shareholders, your boss, and yourself.
Our pricing for design is simple, and straightforward.
0-3000 Sq.Ft.
Design fees for the first 3000 square feet is a flat rate of $10 CAD per square foot, with a minimum fee of 1500 Sq.Ft.
3001-5000 Sq.Ft.
The next 2000 square feet drops to $5 CAD per square foot.
5000+ Sq.Ft.
Every square foot above 5000 is just $3 CAD per square foot for our design fees.

Construction
Once a design is finalized we'll quote the build-out. This will vary depending on the design, quantity of fixtures, and level of finish, but build-outs start at as little as $130/Sq.Ft.
Build-out fees include construction document preparation, permitting*, project management, fixtures, finishes, and signage.
*Local or municipal permit filing fees extra
